HARDOX HiTEMP Wear-Resistant steel plate for High-Temperature applications

In heavy industries, many applications require materials that can withstand both severe abrasion and elevated temperatures. To meet these demands, SSAB developed Hardox® HiTemp wear-resistant steel. This advanced steel provides a cost-effective solution for wear protection in operating temperatures ranging from 300°C to 500°C (570–930°F). Hardox® HiTemp successfully combines the benefits of wear-resistant steel with high-temperature resistance.

While conventional wear-resistant steels typically lose hardness when exposed to temperatures above 250°C, Hardox® HiTemp maintains excellent wear resistance in operating environments between 300°C and 500°C (570–930°F). Its outstanding performance is achieved through premium raw materials and a carefully controlled, state-of-the-art manufacturing process.

By combining exceptional wear resistance with high-temperature performance, Hardox® HiTemp delivers superior service life and outstanding cost efficiency for demanding industrial applications.

Hardox® HiTemp wear-resistant steel is widely used in cement production, steel manufacturing, power generation, mining, and precision fabrication where both abrasion resistance and high-temperature performance are required.

Genuine Hardox® HiTemp steel is supplied with complete quality certifications, full traceability, and verified origin. In Vietnam, it is officially distributed by Gia Anh Trading & Investment Joint Stock Company (GAC).

Every Hardox® plate is individually traceable through its unique identification number, ensuring complete protection against counterfeit products.
