About Gia Anh

In 2010, Gia Anh Investment Trading Company Limited was established. From the outset, Gia Anh combined material supply with efforts to understand and address the practical challenges faced by industrial plants.

Gia Anh gradually developed specialist expertise in wear-resistant materials and industrial equipment protection solutions. This journey has been guided by a consistent belief: Vietnamese people can solve industrial challenges through expertise, appropriate technology and practical experience.

Through more than a decade of working with industrial plants, Gia Anh has gained a deeper understanding that every material requirement reflects a broader challenge involving equipment and operations. This may concern equipment service life, wear, downtime, operating performance or return on investment.

Gia Anh therefore takes an approach that starts with the customer’s practical challenges. Materials, design, fabrication and installation are considered as parts of an integrated solution suited to the operating conditions of each plant.

This approach has guided Gia Anh in progressively developing its supply, consulting and implementation capabilities, with the consistent objective of addressing the right problems and delivering practical value to customers.

Starting with the practical challenges faced by industrial plants

From its early years, Gia Anh recognized that material performance depends on the application location, equipment structure, operating conditions, and how the solution is designed, fabricated and implemented on site.

When approaching a challenge, Gia Anh therefore starts by asking what problems the equipment is experiencing and where the underlying causes lie.

The technical team investigates the operating conditions at each location, examining wear mechanisms, impact levels, temperature, the characteristics of the material being handled, flow rate, operating speed and equipment geometry. Using this data, Gia Anh identifies the causes, assesses the contributing factors and develops an appropriate solution.

In many cases, the solution does not necessarily involve switching to a material with greater wear resistance. The problem may lie in the design, structure, thickness, fabrication method, installation location or operating conditions. Gia Anh therefore assesses the challenge as a whole before making a recommendation.

From material selection, design and engineering calculations to fabrication and on-site installation, each stage forms part of an integrated solution. The objective is to meet technical requirements, help equipment operate more reliably, extend service life, reduce downtime and improve return on investment.

This approach has also shaped Gia Anh’s capabilities throughout its development. Gia Anh has progressively built expertise in consulting, material selection, design, fabrication, installation, technical services and specialist training, supporting customers from identifying the challenge through to completing the solution and putting it into operation.

Connecting international technology with the needs of Vietnamese industry

Gia Anh’s development has been closely linked to learning from and collaborating with international materials and technology manufacturers such as SSAB, thyssenkrupp and Kalenborn. Through its cooperation with SSAB, Gia Anh has also developed specialist fabrication capabilities and is one of the Hardox Wearparts centers in Vietnam.

These partnerships broaden access to material groups ranging from wear-resistant steel and high-strength steel to non-metallic wear-resistant materials and anti-adhesion materials. This gives Gia Anh a broader basis for assessing and selecting solutions suited to the conditions of each application.

Gia Anh selects materials and technologies from these manufacturers according to the operating conditions and requirements of each plant. The technical team then carries out design, fabrication and installation in accordance with a solution suited to the equipment requiring protection. The objective is to extend equipment service life, reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency for customers.

A foundation built through practical experience

More than a decade of working in the cement, steel, mining, energy and industrial manufacturing sectors has enabled Gia Anh to accumulate materials knowledge, technical experience and an understanding of plant operating requirements.

This foundation has been built by engineers and specialists with experience in industrial environments, together with ongoing exchanges and collaboration with international experts. Their knowledge continues to grow through each site survey, design proposal and implementation task.

Alongside its people, Gia Anh has progressively developed its warehouse infrastructure, fabrication workshops and technical service capabilities. Coordination between these capabilities allows Gia Anh to participate more extensively in implementing solutions, from material selection to finished products and completed works.

2026 – Expanding capabilities on Gia Anh’s established foundation

In January 2026, Gia Anh Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (GAC) was officially established within the Gia Anh ecosystem, inheriting the foundation built over more than a decade.

Gia Anh builds on its materials experience, technical team, warehouse infrastructure, mechanical fabrication capabilities and international partnerships. On this foundation, Gia Anh is expanding its involvement across the process, from material supply, consulting and design to fabrication, production and the implementation of solutions at industrial plants.

The new phase focuses on strengthening the connection between trading, production and technical services, progressively developing the Gia Anh ecosystem with more specialized capabilities. To pursue this direction, Gia Anh continues to invest in people, technology, machinery, production capabilities and service systems.

Each investment aims to strengthen the ability to meet more complex requirements involving materials, mechanical fabrication and industrial equipment operation.

Gia Anh and the road ahead

Throughout its development, Gia Anh has consistently followed the principle of selecting the right material for the right location and operating conditions, with a clear technical basis for every choice.
