Hardox 450 wear plate is manufactured using a proprietary quenching and tempering process that produces a unique microstructure with uniform hardness throughout the entire plate thickness, delivering outstanding material properties and exceptional durability.

Hardox 450 wear plate is a wear-resistant steel plate with a nominal hardness of 450 HBW, offering excellent bending and welding performance together with high impact resistance.
