HARDOX 500 WEAR PLATE

Hardox 500 wear plate is manufactured by SSAB (Sweden) using a proprietary quenching and tempering process that creates a unique microstructure with uniform hardness throughout the entire plate thickness, delivering exceptional material performance and superior durability.

Hardox 500 wear plate is a wear-resistant steel grade widely used in heavy industries. It offers excellent bending and welding capabilities while maintaining a nominal hardness of 500 HBW, making it ideal for applications requiring outstanding wear resistance and high impact performance.

Hardox 500 wear plate helps increase payload capacity and extend service life while maintaining excellent strength and toughness.
