HARDOX® HIACE WEAR-RESISTANT AND CORROSION-RESISTANT STEEL PLATE

Hardox® HiAce is the latest addition to the Hardox® wear-resistant steel product family. It combines the outstanding abrasion resistance of Hardox® steel with enhanced corrosion resistance, making it an ideal solution for demanding industrial applications.

Hardox® HiAce is specifically designed for operating environments where severe abrasion and chemical corrosion occur simultaneously. It offers wear resistance and impact toughness comparable to Hardox® 450, with a hardness of 425–475 HBW, while providing significantly improved resistance to corrosive environments.

By combining exceptional wear resistance with superior corrosion protection, Hardox® HiAce enables engineers to select the optimal material for harsh operating conditions while achieving longer service life and lower life-cycle costs.

Hardox® HiAce wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant steel is widely used in cement production, steel manufacturing, power generation, mining, and precision fabrication where both severe abrasion and corrosive wear are present.
