KALOCER wear-resistant ceramics

KALOCER is an alumina ceramic material containing more than 90% aluminum oxide, manufactured in the form of tiles, custom-engineered components, and cylindrical sections. KALOCER is specifically designed for plant equipment exposed to extremely severe abrasive wear. With lining thicknesses starting from just 1.5 mm, it is particularly suitable for applications with limited installation space.

KALOCER is ideal for lining classifiers, hoppers, chutes, conveyor transfer points, concrete mixers, cyclones, and other equipment operating under severe wear conditions.

Properties:

High hardness with a smooth surface finish
Excellent wear and corrosion resistance
Suitable for chemically aggressive environments
Easily adapted to complex geometries and confined installation spaces
Maximum operating temperature up to 1,200°C (depending on installation conditions)
Available in thicknesses starting from 1.5 mm
A lightweight wear protection solution
